H.E. Mr. Guo Shaochun, the new Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, arrived in Los Angeles with his wife Mrs. Wang Wei on February 1st , 2023 and assumed his office.

Consul General Guo looks forward to working with friends from all walks of life to promote the friendly exchanges and pragmatic cooperation between China and the consular district and making positive contributions to the sound and steady development of China-US relations. The Consulate General will also act on our commitment of serving the people through diplomacy and provide better service to the Chinese communities, Chinese students and Chinese enterprise employees in the consular district and make every effort to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens and institutions.
